Vincent Morello Senior Housing
Identifying a need for senior housing complexes in the Western New York area, the Burke organization built the Vincent Morello Senior Housing complex in 1999. This 80-unit community features both one and two bedroom apartments. This Niagara Falls community reached full "lease-up" in early 2000, and there is now a waiting list for these fine new apartments. Residents must be 55 years of age or older and must meet state & federal required income guidelines.
Each first floor apartment is completely handicapped accessible. The bathrooms are spacious and feature grab bars along the wall of each bathtub. Each apartment has its own heating and cooling system, adjustable to meet the requirements of each tenant. All kitchens include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. Cable TV hookups are included in each unit. There are eight apartments in each building and each building features a coin-operated washer and dryer. First floor units feature a concrete patio. The second floor units have a fenced-in concrete deck. Both the kitchen and bath have tile flooring and the remaining floors are carpeted throughout.
